1. SMT

The SMT processing link generally matches the purchase of components according to the BOM configuration list provided by the customer, and confirms the PMC plan of the production. After the preparatory work is completed, we need to start SMT programming, make laser stencils according to the SMT process, and perform solder paste printing.

 

Through the SMT placement machine, we need to mounted the components on the PCB, and perform online AOI automatic optical inspection if necessary. After testing, set a perfect reflow oven temperature curve to let the circuit board flow through the reflow soldering.

 

After the necessary IPQC inspection, the DIP plug-in process can be used to pass the plug-in material through the PCB, and then flow through the wave soldering for soldering. Next is the necessary post-furnace process. After the above process are completed, a comprehensive QA inspection is required to ensure that the product quality is passed.

3. PCBA Testing

4. Finished product assembly

Please assemble the shell of the PCBA board that has passed the test, and then test it, and finally it can be shipped.
